The reason these watches are so prized by the collector is because you can no longer purchase the gold watch band for this watch because they are out of production. If you see one that is mint condition it is a a true find and realcollectible. Seiko also made limited edition mickeys which are equally hard to find especially the gold coin dial in the men's version and the women's version.
