I just received a message from the buyer of my item #180378393821 - she says it is not authentic and wishes I would have said so in my listing and that this is the first time this has ever happened to her, but that's what she gets from buying on eBay. I called Coach myself (in fact twice, spoke with 2 different representatives) gave them the serial #7448, and they both told me it is the Mercer demi hobo. I gave her this information, along with the phone # and she said she had called Coach this afternoon and was told the serial # does not exist. Please check this for me and I will refer her to the board. Thanks again for your help!!
