Help with my Louis Vuitton purse purchase

Hi, I just purchased this bag on eBay. I knew it needed some work, but found that Avelle would clean it for $100 and they told me they do a lot of vernis work. However, I just went to slip my Blackberry in the inside pocket and the inside pocket ripped all the way down the seam. I wasn't forceful at all. Would a real Louis Vuitton Houston Vernis do this? Any suggestion on cleaning a mesh coin purse

When I took the pics its shows being discolored. With the naked eye it does not look like this. I'm not sure how to clean it. Is this normal for this type of material? Thanks for you help.

It was pulled by eBay because of a request by Gucci UK. Here's a link to the discussion here on this board: Link After sending additional photos to Gucci asking them to reconsider, I still haven't heard from them. I also wrote to Griff and asked his help, but no reply there. I sent the pics to Caroldiva and got her authentication. Is there anything else I can do? I hate seeing that big red "Very Low" in policy compliance on my seller dashboard. It is totally undeserved.

I was out shopping today and even though I promised myself I would stay away from the bags I could not help myself I found a great clutch made by Hobo International. I is large for a clutch and would be perfect for a dinner, wedding or party where a clutch makes the outfit The question is about the brand?? I am not familiar with them. It looks like I will need to sell a bag on eBay, but I'm a little scared. I have it listed on Lorne Greene's site with no bites. I would like to do BIN with best offer, but that would not give me time to "screen" bidders if someone uses the BIN. Would having an auction with a reserve be better? TIA!
